We’ve been following along with science teachers Mark, Stacie and their two children as they tour across the US and Canada exploring and teaching along the way. They’ve been to Hoover Dam, and Lowell Observatory! Now we’re catching up with them at Saguaro National Park, the Biosphere 2, Kitt Peak, Joshua Tree National Park, the Salton Sea and Sequoia National Park!

Time and time again, studies have proven that kids who read from a very young age perform better in school. They have larger vocabularies, stronger concentration skills, and have less trouble paying attention in class. Raising happy little readers, then, should be the goal of every parent. But, in a world with too many distractions and too many digital screens, that’s easier said than done.
